Lease Option Opportunities

I'm looking for a website where I can advertise my Lease Option opportunities.  I seem to be getting quite a few of them these days and I'm looking for people to buy the properties.  Qualified tenants have selected the properties they wish to live in.  All we need is the investor to purchase the properties and then agree to a 12-18 month lease option.  I'm anxious to see the feedback.

Most of the properties are lease with an option to buy at a later date.

Try Craigslist in the rental section.  Your lease price will have to be comparable to the market rents, then you can give them the option to buy in the same ad.

Careful of the vigilante Realtors though.  Every city has them and they are frustrated with the market. They will flag ANYTHING that might possibly detract from their business.

Any of the other rental sites would be good too.

I view L/O transactions no differently than when I sell a home with owner financing.  It is just another method of selling a home to someone whose credentials prevent them from securing traditional financing.  Just advertise "Owner Financing, no Credit Req'd" and if you end up using a L/O or L/P, you have accomplished your goal.  That's what I do and it has worked well over the last 400 transactions.
