I would lke to sinerely apologize to property-manager & especially apologize to Bluemoon.....I dont know why I included you in last night's rant, that was not fair.

I wish I could take back that post, but I can't...I can only learn from my mistakes.

that was not very nice of me...I admit when I am wrong, and I was wrong to write those things.

I would also like to apologize to all the other members...you don't need to be reading negative posts like mine last night.

This is easily the best forum on the web, and the moderators do a great job to make sure it runs smoothly. They donate their time to moderate the posting, and for that we should all be greatful...I guess I forgot that point for a little bit.

I make many mistakes in life on a weekly basis, and I'm still learning to be more mindful of others and respect their opinions.

I almost always think before I speak, and don't act like that...I guess I let my emotions get the best of me.

Again, in closing, I would like to apologize to propmanager and bluemoon...and to the rest of the wonderful people who post on this great forum.

God Bless.

Taxlienadvisor,

There is nothing to apologize for.  We were simply having a discussion and you certainly didn't violate any forum rules.  My only disappointment was that you didn't defend your position with some facts or some pertinent personal experience.  If you truly know of someone who WILLED something to happen, I would find that interesting.

I admit that I can be a jerk sometimes, but I really have a thick skin and believe that it is better for you to get your point out than me saving face.

I don't understand why you would be so upset about a website with opinions.  Remember there is no absolute right way to do this stuff.  There may be better ways than others but they are all right.  Don't get bent out of shape with it.

cool,

thanks guys...I need to understand that I shouldn't get on the web when I have had too much to drink.

Really, honestly appreciate your understanding...it won't happen again.

thanks a lot.

Yeah,

I know...we have 3 gentlemans clubs within just a few miles here....but we also have Brevard County Sherriff's on every street corner.

they are simply everywhere on this strip...too risky sometimes.

I never got into gentlemen clubs.  I never enjoyed paying a woman to take their clothes off.  I had more fun going to a regular bar and tying to pick up a girl I can actually take home.

You reminded me of what I used to do.  Go into a bar and walk up to a girl and instead of saying can I buy you a drink?  Say would you like to buy me a drink.  Most girls would do a double take and ask why you think she should buy you a drink.  That opens up the conversation to your favorite topic…you.  Then get the conversation around to how she probably wants to see you naked more than you want to see her naked.  What that does is gets her to undressing you with her eyes and then it is up to you from there.  I can lead you to the bank but I can’t seal the deal for you.

This is not how you meet your future wife it actually weeds out the nice girls.
