Hello Everyone,
A general question.  I have heard of seaching the mls for active investors.  Is it possible someone detail the process?  I have tried the lookup with no success.

You find investors by looking for them on realquest or listsource. Do a search for absentee owners that have bought SFH in the last 6mths. If you're in a high population area like NYC use 3mths.

You can also do this through the title company, too. I've been trying to search HUD records - they say the properties were sold and to sometimes wait 2 months for the information to be updated with the record of deeds, but when I lookup tax info on the property, it still says the same bank owns it and not the buyer. Does anyone know another way around this? Thank you in advance.
