HOW DO I GET AHOLD OF THE RITE PERSON IN WELLS FARGO TO PURCHASE FORCLOSED HOME

I have steadaly trying to get ahold of the rite person in wells fargo to purchase a home that was very badly vandalized. this home I know has been abandoned/vacant for at least 2 years if not 5. I saw the house as it was going into forclosure 2 years ago and it was beautiful. I have pictures of the damage from Oct. 2009. but it has been more damaged since then. I don't know what it is about this home but I want it and I have called the attorney and they told me they forwarded the pages i sent them on to the lender but i can't get anymore info then that. Thats how I felt when I got into this industry

Plain and simple. Don't bother the lender....Go to the aset company (I know that is spelled wrong if you spell it the right way it looks like this asset)

try this site www.pasreo.com they have control of the property I am 99.999% sure! I worked for them in 1996 when we started the company. (I am getting old)

If you still have no luck go to a Realtor in the area that you know does bank owned properties. This is the easiest way for you. They will write an offer and it will get to the lender.

If that does not work. Call jerry Ferall He is the CEO of Premier Asset. I think he still is any way if Not I know who probably is.

KEEP IN MIND no matter what way your go if the bank does not like your offer they will be listing the property again after you bring it to there attention!
