These leads are very productive. There isn't a lot of competition and these leads take time because you have to get the house released from the bankruptcy attorney which is another step in the buying process. A lot more of them are useless so you have to have very good skills at not wasting your time with a lot of them. You have to get good at finding the ones with equity or ones that you can negotiate the debt down.
