As we know that people licensed to carry a gun are the type that follow the law.  Now this scumbag is the exception that proves the rule.  Will I have to reassess my views on canceled carry laws?

The guy confessed...why on earth would they let him bond out?...I guess I don't know the law but that seems a little ridiculous....I wouldn't be suprised if he cappd' another person before they lock him up.

He is in Texas...He is a dead man for this crime...He may be a flight risk..Im surprised they bonded him out...Never mind the fact how much was his bail and how did he come up with the entire amount..I think the %10 down is over and done with..

He just proved that he would rather KILL someone to avoid paying for an accident than get caught.  Why would he ever show up for court now that it is murder?

What was going through that judge's head?

I suspect this will never see trial.  America's Most Wanted maybe.

As people get their concealed carry licenses in ever increasing numbers, there will be more concealed carry licensees that commit crimes.  We have more than 200,000 concealed carry licensees here in Ohio.  Although they have proven to be MUCH more honest and law abiding than the general population, it's absolutely impossible to have that many people without a single one committing a crime.  However, even though there's a bad apple or two, the presence of so many concealed carry licensees has made a significant impact on violent crime (not to mention taken quite a few criminals off the planet).

Obama might be a complete failure when it comes to just about everything, but you have to give him credit for increasing the number of concealed carry licensees nationwide and for the unprecedented sales of guns and ammo!
