We are just beginning. Where can we get our hands on wholesaling contracts as far as doing an Assignment of contract?

You might try docstoc, a title/closing company or buy a course. I bet your lawyer would make you one. Herbster

A Good REI course would have a boiler plate form for you. It's pretty easy actually.

As far as contracts are concerned, you can use the one your realtors use in the state in which you will be doing business.

Go to your REI Club and get with one of the real estate attorneys there that are familiar with these transactions. They should have something for you that you can use. Especially if you use their services to close deals out.
