I am fairly new to investing forums..I do own a couple of multis in Bethlehem...
I Am looking to work with someone in wholesaling deals.locally and in other areas as well.I have rehabbing background, people skills, liquid assets,and determination...I have time to look at properties and even come up with ball park rehab price...just need someone to help me get to the next level....finding and .presenting ...I understand you find buyers on craigslist, signs and postcards...having another person to ask for advise would just help to start ...

I am not limiting myself to L.V. .I am open to other areas...I am buying a deal in Baltimore to hold, and have been looking at properties in Reading to try and wholesale.....You are close  to Philly..yes?
I am open  to talking and finding if we have any possibilities..yes..
