I'm trying to find a reliable source for bulk reos

Has anyone noticed a reduction in the number of bulk reo packages on market? some of my usual sources have dried up. Anybody have an idea of what's going on?

Yes investor with 500M or more are buying these.They have the money to do so at pennies on the dollar. They used it as rental properties. When market goes up they will unload.

I heard that too. I know some that will let you buy smaller packages if you are interested in coastal SC/GA areas.
