How would I introduce myself to landlords in my area? Also, will property management companies give me names of landlords? If so, how do I approach them?

get a list of them thru a list broker (like salesgenie or melissadata) and send them a postcard offerring your services.

Get access to mls and download a list of all properties where the mailing address differs from the property address (tax records should list owners name and address).

Network at real estate investors associations
