Do probate properties have to be cashed out to pay out creditors, heirs, etc? I was thinking about marketing to these for sandwich lease options? Would that work at all ? Thanks in adavance for your input.

I suppose you could but don't expect many deals. There are the creditors, any other fee's and usually the greedy heirs what their money now. Herbster

As far as lease options with Probates prob is going to be somewhat harder just because of the situation.

You are in the right niche definitely, would stick with wholesaling them or doing the rehab yourself if you can

Take Care,

Ok so lets assume I wanted to wholesale these or assign them. Is there a probate attorney involved here that would look at the contract and complicate things? I guess I don't know enough about probates but maybe somebody who wholsales these can chime in. Thanks!
