Yes, very informative article.  It's nice to see that ordinary Americans are starting to get it and are moving away from the SOCIALIST/COMMUNIST/MARXIST agenda of THE CHOSEN ONE, although I think it's certainly too late to prevent an ECONOMIC COLLAPSE.  People are waking up and seeing that Osama, who many people think may be the ANTI-CHRIST(according to a recent poll), is taking us down the same road as HITLER/STALIN/MAO.

I think Obama has a lot of the antichrist attributes.  He is loved by all, he came from nowhere to lead.  The problem would be with him being the antichrist is that he would be giving these conservatives what they want and they would be behind the antichrist.  The antichrist is also from the part of the world where Israel is now.  Maybe they hid his birth certificate because it would show that he was actually born in Israel!

Consumer spending.......UP for the 5th straight month
Car Sales.......................UP to 10 million units/year from a low of 8 million a year and a half ago
Home sales (Norhteast)  UP every month for the last year
Unemployment claims......DOWN from a high of 700K to current levels of 300-400K

But these are just FACTS......They can't compare to some MORON at an OBAMA RALLY!!!  I'm gonna base ALL FUTURE INVESTMENTS on YOUTUBE LINKS!

Jake...  I know you say you have a "plan" that I need to follow, and your going to tell me after I reach 30k.  I will do ANYTHING to be successful, like you and mike and others, even though you all do it differently.

Saving the 30k is very do-able and im going to do it, because i really want to make it.  Ill follow every step you tell me, because your obviously doing something right.  I get the basics, my first deal needs to be a STEAL, buy way below value, yeah yeah yeah.

But tell me one thing, is this "plan" going to involve me doing handyman work, basically rehabbing houses?  Cause im telling you one thing, im willing to do ANYTHING, but im not a handyman.  I can paint decent, and roof alright, but thats all.

I certainly hope this isnt what your planning for me, because that crap is hard labor... roofing sucks.  Thats why im getting into nursing school, to get away from that hard labor.

Well, I can tell that you don't know much about nuclear weapons.   You've bought into the propaganda about nukes from the 1970's.  The REALITY is much different.  I suggest doing some research.

LOL!! Hoosier.. Talk to me after 1 year of nursing before you talk about the hard labor.. Nursing is NOT EASY physically and mentally. As an LPN, you'll probably find yourself working in a nursing home with about a 30 - 40 patient workload ( all of whom think you're they're private nurse). This field will wear on you after a while. I've done the "hard labor" before I got into healthcare.. I can tell you that you still feel exhausted at the end of the day.. In regards to physically doing a rehab, I gotta tell you, you have to be willing to learn and do things that you have to do to be successful. Its not just lip service.. How are you going to know if the job is done right without firsthand experience? When I was your age, i didn't know anything about rehab or handyman stuff, but after owning a home and doing my own remodeling/improvements, I can tell you its not that hard to learn and do if you're willing to work at it..

Have you ever watched a seasoned painter work???

They can paint 10 times better and 20 times FASTER than you or I could...SO WHY BOTHER???

The single BIGGEST mistake I see new investors make is they TRY and DO IT THEMSELVES.....HUGE, HUGE ERROR 90% of the time.

The other mistake????

ASKING contractors to Quote you a price....

YOU tell THEM what you're PAYING for the job....THAT'S IT...Be fair, but YOU set the price...NOT them...and you NEVER give them a DIME of upfront money....EVER....You buy the materials, THEY provide the labor.

If you follow my directions, you won't even be hiring contractors for most of your projects....Sell 'em AS IS!!

Phlem oh Phlem oh Phlem... you silly boy.  Ive been doing clinicals (basically seeing what nurses do), and let me tell you... the CNA's do the HARD STUFF, the nurses just sit on their fat a$$ all day and get paid 80% of the time.  Sure... there are some places where nurses work hard, but for every 1 hard nursing job, theirs 2 easy ones.    Atleast... compared to something like roofing.  I see these fat women working as Nurses, lets be for real...

For the 1st year, I plan on LIVING at work in order to save that 30k as fast as possible.

You will need to LEARN a LOT about home improvement.  I did it the old fashioned way....Through YEARS of DOING IT myself.

But you'll be a FAT NURSE sitting on your a$$ all day by then,  so maybe this won't work with you.

Hoosier. Yes there are plenty of nurses who sit around and do nothing. But being there in clinical for two 8 hr. days/week is not enough to get an idea of what its like.. I've been working in healthcare for over 15 yrs. and know about what its like. There's nothing silly about it.. Even the easy jobs that look easy are often hard because you still have to physically be there and do the work. I've had easy jobs working at night where there's not much to do. Thae hard part is staying awake. Working with elderly sick people will get to you.. Learn this now or learn it later. But on a more serious note, if you're getting into haelthcare to find a nice cushy, well paying job, you have a big surprise waiting for you. Don't ever forget these are people you're dealing with. You're supposed to be CARING for them. Not just looking for a paycheck. These are someone's grandmother and grandfather. Would you want someone with that attitude taking care of YOUR family member? Its bad enough these people have had their lives reduced to the size of a half of a room and there family hardly ever sees them. They don't need some kid coming in there treating them like crap because they've realized the money isn't worth the stress.. THAT's what happens time after time.. I've seen it a million times. You need something more than money as a reason to do this type of work. I really hope you change that attitude before you start working on patients.. They don't deserve it. One last note, there seems to be  a  theme about you wanting to take the easy way out.. From the nursing job to the rehab. There's no easy way to success..
