FWIW, one of the Quiznos locations here already closed down.  It's in one of the nicer areas of town and in a nearly new strip mall.  All the Subways seem to be doing ok tho.

A couple of Quizno's closed down in my area as well.  The few Lenny's subs shops seem to do all right, but the Subways in the area seem to be blowing up.  There are always lines at Subway when I eat there and there really isn't anyone that could say theres something on thier menu they wont eat.

I personally just like Quizno's or Lenny's better. But it may be different for your area. Here there is a subway every ten feet, even in gas stations. While there is only one Lenny's and two Quizno's.I always look at business decisions as to what is there a lack of.Just my opinion though. As long as you put your all into it,It should work out well. Cool
