Hello all,

Does anyone have a recent copy of this? or has anyone taken the values out of this published document and placed them into an excel spreadsheet for creating a professional repair estimate?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I only use RS Means as it is the only nationally recognized authority on construction costs data! It is nationally recognized by courts of law as the authority as reference to cases involving construction litigation, and the accuracy is recognized as being the closest most accurate data available!

7 or 8 out of 10 contractors use RS Means to give them the best possible advantage to winning the bid on that job!

I would suggest creating your own cost values directly from wage rates with burden for the specific state, county and city you work in!

Good luck,

                 GR

Thanks Goldriver. I haven't heard of RS, I'll look into that. Good information.

Best Regards,
