Does anyone have Tom Kish's program?

Tell me if it really works or not! He claims you can get a new business line of credit for $20,000 to start your real estate buying. He has the banks that will do this.....really?

I receive emails from Tom Kish everyday. I have not ordered anything from him, but the info I get in the emails seems to be worth trying out. I just don't get the idea of starting a llc for the sole purpose of getting investment money when there are other ways to get creative financing...good luck tho
