I am direct sellers mandate and i am looking for buyers and investors to purchase nationwide tapes pools and individual notes in commercial, single family, multifamily, residential and REO. Where would be the best place to look for these individuals?

Try searching in the internet, most buyers and investors are just waiting for direct sellers. Just be specific in searching for them and always be careful because you don't know whom you are dealing with. You're not sure if the deal will be legit or not.

You should know on where to start searching for possible buyers/investors... you should have a baseline for searching

Internet is the best solution for any of the troubles. Similarly I think you will get the whole list while you will search the internet.

You can actually look for probable buyer and investor. You only need to try harder.
