Are there banks out there that you can get a loan under a corporation or LLC name?

yep, but not at a big-chain bank.  look for a local bank.

and be prepared to give a personal guarantee.

Some of the local banks may require you to have an account with them or do your banking with them.

Ask your realtor for an local investor bank.  For us they will let you set it up as a llc loan but will also make you sign your name as well (2 sets of closing docs)

Yes, I have mortgages in LLCs.  Look for local banks.  Call around and get busy until you find one.
