Special Free Report in electronic format??

Hey everyone,

I am wanting to do some 2 step marketing leveraging the "Special Free Report" to get people to leave their name/address/phone number on a voice mail system.  The problem I am having is finding an electronic format of one of these types of reports.

Does anyone have one that they could email me or point me to one?  I prefer one not in .pdf format so I can change name/contact info.  The ones I have seen are about 8-9 pages long with TONS of info.

There are numerous reports available for two step approaches.  What topic is it that interests you?

Basically, I want to send this report to someone explaining how I can help them out of their situation.  I have seen several topics such as "Sell your home in 9 days", so I would be open to any that would help me qualify leads.  I only have a basic 2 page report that I found somewhere, but from listening to Ron LeGrand, he says that the longer the report, as long as it is interesting, the better the results.

Have you done this and what would be your suggestions?

My experience is this is a waste of time.  If you had some sort of automated process through a web site, then perhaps.   I also had tried that for a while and found it was 80% (or higher) investor inquiries, just trying to get the report.

More traditional marketing like bandits, direct mail, etc. work just fine.  I don't really advertise at all anymore and still get several leads (typically) per day, just from my truck, web site, and word of mouth.

If you target folks with problems and follow-up consistently with those not yet ready, you'll have plenty of motivated sellers.

There are numerous places on the web to get variations of the "9 Days" report if you really want it.  Also, the originator of it, Richard Roop, has it available in his course.  It can be found here...
