Why not post both ads, a "blind" ad and an ad regarding the service you provide.  While you're at it, post an ad for a "wholesalers network" and what you propose to do?  Any thoughts?

Check out public records for anyone who has purchased with cash and send them mailers or contact them.  Anytime you see a We Buy Houses sign or ad online in your area write down their info and contact them.  Use the internet, social media is very powerful.
