You should firstly try to find rehabbers through internet. Rehabbers refers to someone that purchases a property with the sole purpose of fixing it up, renovating it, or otherwise upgrading it in order to sell it for a profit

I look on craigslist, sometimes fsbo's are the best deals..

Also, I stay in contact with every Realtor I know of in my area and send them an email when I'm ready for the next one..

You could also try calling some of the 'bandit/we buy homes' signs around town. I'm sure some of them are looking for deals to rehab.

In my own town, I've started creating online real estate directories for wholesalers, bird dogs and others that can usually be hard to find simply through Google. If you still have no luck, try your local REIA's or Remodel associations.

Best of luck, hope that helps...

You can check for sale ads that say recently renovated, those potentially might be rehabbers.

Contact contractor's and ask them, always offer and incentive. Attend the local REI Association's meeting, run an ad.

After so many suggestions to how to find rehab persons, I think it has become quite clear right now. Thanks for sharing useful information and guiding to the right way.

Ask your friends or neighbors for their referrals. You can definitely rely rehabbers which services are proven to be reliable and perfect of quality. Search the internet for property preservation companies. Some competent rehabbers will be recommended to you.

Here is an idea I just came up with. Look for roll of dumpsters. Ask the guys who they work for. Or call dumpster companies and ask them who rehabs.

And.....Go STEELERS

Finding rehabbers can be in a form of referrals from other people but it is also a choice to take in some list on some  areas where you find easy to access with. there are trends to rehab your property to the extent of how you badly need it.
