Who is your target audience?  You have to put your links where they will see them.

1) Make sure to concentrate on putting great content on your website, this is the most important thing.  It will get people to recommend your site by linking to it and also give you staying power.

2) Is your site indexed by google yet?  If you type in your website address, does it come up in the search results?  This can be done quickly by using by using google's webmaster tools (www.google.com/webmasters/)

3) I see you don't have your site link in your forum signature, this can help get click throughs.

Also, don't spam forums and any place else with links to your site.  This will only serve to hurt you in the long run.

Link building strategy such as blog commenting and forum posting are one of the best way that can help you promote your site and generate traffic and before you do link building activities first you need to choose and pick relevant keywords.

Do you only buy houses locally?  This is important.  Make sure your address, even if a PO Box, is on your site.  Try to get links from local sites.

The most important thing to remember is that ranking higher takes time.  It takes time for Google to index sites and boost your ranking.

There are many ways to increase traffic on website but I think Blog Commenting is the best way to increase traffic.

Most blog comments are tagged with a "nofollow" which means the link will be spammed.  Google is very smart and good at what they do, their constantly changing their formula to stop cheap tactics for website ranking.   Remember their job is to provide what they perceive to be the best links first to the customer.

Just noticed forum comments are tagged with a nofollow.  You may get traffic but it may be from a fellow investor not SEO.

Hi,

You are asking about traffic....

You said:
   i have join these websites
   social bookmarking
   directory submission
   article submission
   social networking
   forum submission

There are other things you should consider besides these things. E-zine ads, magazine ads, facebook ads, video marketing, offer a mini online course, comment on high ranking blogs related to your niche with a link back to your website, wiki sites, blog carnivals, linkedin, twitter, search engine submission....

One thing I use to do us bootstrap marketing. I had no money for marketing, therefore, I "used" my money for marketing. What I said does not make sense the way I wrote it.... but I literally used my money as a marketing tool.  I took out a pen or marker and hand wrote my website address on every single dollar I had. When you have no cash or very little cash, you get creative.

Another marketing tool is using your own product as advertisement. You can write an e-book and let people give it away to their investor friends. Inside the e-book you should have your website address and some really good content. It does not have to be the length of a novel.

I spent about a year doing research on product creation and traffic. Oh, I almost forgot....you can use webceo to submit your website to search engines. However, before you do this, make sure your site is properly set up and that you have the right keywords.

Also, make sure you use software to help you with social networking, article posting, article spinning, directory submission, etc. Also, you need to learn about press releases if you have not already or just outsource that stuff. You will need a good press release done. You can do one every month to help send traffic to your site.

Next, your going to probably want to consider Google advertising. Google does tv ads. Look into that.

Another source of traffic would be sites geared towards helping out reporters. There are websites which reporters subscribe to in search of news stories. Experts sign up and look for opportunities to release their news to the reporters. Google the term help a reporter and see what comes up. I found out about this from a marketer.

Oh, another way is using a tell a friend script on your website. Making your site sticky is another way. To make it sticky, you are just adding valuable content that makes people want to come back for more.

Another thing you can do is to look at your competitors site. Look and see what they do different, then conduct research on their top keywords. Then do research on the history of their website so that you can see how it has evolved over the years. If you need to know how to look at how their site has changed or peek at keywords send me a private message and I will tell you where to look.

Hope this helps. I was trying to remember as much as I could. Get creative, think outside the box and learn about guerrilla marketing.

Oh, you can also go to someone who already has a website with tons of traffic and followers. Joint venture with them to build a list. Think creatively.....

Look to see what works for experts, then model it.
