When looking for a title company what are some of the basic questions to ask them when doing wholesale??

how about ...have you done any closings involving an assignment of contract or double / simultaneous closings ? If the answer is NO , I would call another company. Google a few title companies in your area and you will find one is investor friendly.

I would also add that you should find out from your local REIA which title companies are investor friendly. Chicago Title is one, Security Title is another, Stewart Title Co., Great American Title... I also ahve a title company questionaire you can use. Send me a PM with your email if you'ld like to get it.  biggrin
