Willingboro is a pretty active investor area. There are a number of investors in the South Jersey Investors club that are active in Willingboro.

Willingboro is perfect for buy and hold right now as far as a decent neighborhood and cash flow. Properties took a major hit in that area and from what I understand its always been cyclical.
