resources for a post SAFE Act, July 2011 world

I've been dreaming up an REI enterprise for years now and Im looking to make the jump off as soon as Im laid off in October. I've been reading everything I can get my paws on and am feeling quite ready.

In an attempt to be up to date, does anyone know of any good articles written about policy changes and their impacts since SAFE act 2011. Im most interested in how this bill affects creative real estate solutions (owner carry, sub2, lease option, etc). But any other article discussing policy, changes, and the future would be of value to all. Let's just try to avoid opinions, please. I think we can all agree on sentiments about the bank lobby.
