North Carolina bill

It seems that NC is trying to pass a law similar to Texas, and this one, if I read it correctly, would also have a huge impact on sub 2 deals. I live in Michigan, and needless to say, I'm sure investors everywhere are wondering when or if bills like these will be coming to other areas.
