Any banks/credit unions offer good HELOC for rental units?
i've used a credit union in the past, got a good 4.9% on upto 70% LTV. (no mortg)
anyone found any others?

This is a good question, but unfortunately you did not state your State and City / County to see whether anyone knows some referals or good recommendation in your area!
