College Station real estate market

Can anyone give me some info on the current status of the real estate market in College Station?  I'm an Aggie and I feel like CS may be a good place to invest.  I'm 7 years out of school but feel that I still know the area pretty well.  I'm interested in owning duplex or 4plex income property.

Can anyone provide info or advice?

We bought a new condo last August in College Station.  By the time we went to close others just like it were selling for $5000 more than what we paid.
