Chase can approve a short sale within 48 hours if you know what paperwork to file.

The best policy with Chase is on a short sale is show them you have the funds to buy. Once you show Chase the funds their eyes will lite up like a sears roebuck pinball machine.

I ALWAYS show proof of funds! I see no difference. Why you are not more specific?

pazzo when you show proof of funds Chase like to see a bank statement that you have the funds to closed the deal not 3rd party funds. Another thing if you low ball Chase you are out in the cold. Make sure you have good comps and know what the fair market value is before you try a short sale.

When I said always show proof of funds I mean Bank statements not a third party proof of funds
