Does anyone have any experience with Peter Conti's technique he calls the Residental BackFlip? I've read and used his solid information of lease purchasing over the years, but this is a completely different technique. Any info would be helpful, thanks.

I was on the webinar about the Residential Backflip Program.  I almost bought the course.  I've been doing research out there to see if I can figure out how they pull these off.

You can learn everything that you need to know AND save the money by just taking the time to read these boards.  If your questions has not been asked......throw it out there for the veterans to respond...and it's FREE!   Cool

Hello,

I was also on that call and am very interested.  Anyone interested in partnering up to get the course?

Anyone else have any insight?

This concept is not related to lease options / purchases.

Thanks in advance!

Meaning what exactly?

Do you know this opportunity to be a scam?

Scam?  Don't know.  But in all likelihood totally unnecessary.  Keep your hand on your wallet.

What do you mean unnecessary?  Sorry to sound so confused but seeing those posts about it being a likely scam with no stated reasoning behind it.  Peter Conti has a good reputation, no?

Maybe he does, but 99% of everything you could learn from him is written down in a free library. People go to courses to convince themselves that they are taking action, its not about becoming rich or making alot of money. To them they are doing something and it makes them feel good, 99% of those people wont make a dime.

I have been following the posts on Peter Contis Back Flip Program. Does anyone have any experience with it or know someone directly who does?  If so what feedback can you provide?  Thank you

If it is going to drive you nuts, buy the course. But one thing I have found out over the years is the granny goose quote that there is nothing new under the sun is true. Every thing has been done, it is just some people rename it, maybe add a slight twist from the norm,  and then throw it out there again with a lot of hype.

Someone may come up with something new to you but it isn't new. I haven't found a single thing that wasn't being done by someone before, somewhere, and that covers over 56 years of doing it. But let's face it if you come up with some product that 1000 people will buy for $1000 you have just made a million dollars and it didn't take a lot of sweat, just dangle a juicy enough looking carrot and convince you if you don't bite your going to lose.

But of course there is the old nut, if you do just one deal you wouldn't have done, the course was free. That one usually seals the deal, but if your the type to study and not to act, it won't be free and may not even look nice sitting on the shelf.
