Paperwork needed for options to buy

I would like to start making money with options. What forms do I need to write an option to buy. What I would like to do is buy an option, rehab and then sell or find a buyer. I'm in Connecticut.

Your best bet is to have a competent real estate attorney in your state make one for you.  An option contract  that includes several protection contengencies.

You must understand that option requirements vary from state to state.
