Land Trust unavailable in Tennessee?

It sounds like I need to have a
Land Trust
with a
LLC
as beneficiary to really cover my assets. But from what I can find out my state (
Tennessee
) is one of only two states that specifically does not recognize
Land Trusts
.
Is anyone familiar with the situation here who can possibly suggest some other solutions?
