what is the best entity for partnership

Hi, me and my partner are buying and selling houses for a short period of time. I heard s corp or c corp is a good entity. Which one is better, and is it good for partnerships? I live in the state of oklahoma by the way. Me and my partner trust each other, we just want to find the right entity so we won't hit with big taxes and enjoy other tax benefits as a corp.
