Investors have known about it for a while, but they had a news story yesterday about the number of tax foreclosures in East Austin. The area is appreciating so rapidly that many homeowners are losing their properties. 60% of June's courthouse foreclosures were in East Austin and they were the homes with the most bids. Many times, these owners are only behind 3k or so on the tax payments.

I specialize in this area and was wondering the best way to find a  partner  or private investor to help buy these homes from the sellers or help the home owner refinance so they can catch up on payments to perhaps rent their properties.
