Hi!  I am a wholesaler.  Any of you guys know of a private hardmoney lender?  No qualifing, type of loan.  I realize the interest rate and points will be higher .  However, I am receiving many passionate newbies with no credit or bad credit.  Still, they do want to invest.  Please help!  Thanks

Richburg,

You might try posting this in the "Financing, Hard Money Lenders, Credit, Qualifying" area of the Forum.  It is where the "money folks" hang out!
