Hello, I have 4 SFRs wanting to set up Land Trust-LLC with holding LLC does anyone know how to get started my concerns are in the details also minimizing tax preparation fees
I live in CA my props are in Missouri Thank you

I don't have any clients that use the trust route, but I imagine that the process differs by state.

As to the tax prep fees, whether you run the rentals on Sch E or put them on individual returns, the amount of work doesn't differ much.  For my clients there would not be a significant fee impact.
