Hi All,

Does anyone have any good reference to skip tracers or private investigators that can find owners of vacant properties? I come across many vacant homes and were not able to track them down. I've tried looking up the address sent for tax, asking the post office, and white pages.

This web site you might be able to find the adresses for the property owner. This site gives links to all the appraisal districts in Texas. Just select a city and it will tie you into their appraisal district. The owners address is on the report most of the time. I have found out however, somtimes they even have the wrong address. Hope this helps. Maybe it will cut down on research time. Here it is http://www.netronline.com/frameset.asp?page=Texas

Good Luck,

Jason

I can sometimes find the information from one of the links on this page -

You may also be able to find an actual skip tracer through this site.
