Got any foreclosure "listing service" questions?

Our next monthly REIA meeting here on Long Island is scheduled for this Thursday, 9/4/03.  Our speakers are the founders of two sibling foreclousre and RE listing service companies that have been in biz for decades.  

I was just curious if anyone had any general questions they'd like for me to ask our speakers.  Keep in mind that although well-respected and quality providers, these companies are local to the NYC and Long Island markets, so their expertise is based upon this market.  

Post any questions herein and I'll gladly report back with the answers after our meeting on the 4th.
