Any Idea about this? Is the financing coming from the owner? Any thoughts.

With a realtor involved there is also a chance that it is some sort of special program financing (like state money for first-time buyers, etc)...it will cost you nothing to call and find out...if you don't turn the rocks over, you won't find the nuggets hidden underneath!
