Condo has not sold what to do?

I recently bought a condo, now I want to sell. I just listed it in the newspaper and buyowner. The tenents will be out on the 1st.
I am thinking of doing a rent-to-own.

I have put too much money into the marketing to try to sell it already how can I sell this condo, ideas?
