Nice website TR! Thanx for the invite. I read Mr. Eric's post to TR and was also interested about these new rules set in place 18 months ago.?.?.?

CFD's are still legal, but no longer good vehicles to sell, in my opinion.

I suggest if you are holding any CFD's that you take advantage of a little known re-inance option for your tenents - if they have been in the home for at least 12 months and can provide bank statements or cancelled checks documenting the monthly payments that you have them refinance the home and get your proceeds at closing.
