Where To Find These Motivated Sellers?

I used to check out Estate Sales, back when I was selling stuff on eBay, and I ended up getting the card to a person who does nothing but sell off items from a recent death.. everything in the house, for a commission.

If you're looking for motivated sellers, hook up with one of these people since they are in contact with whoever inherited the home.  The new owners hardly ever take over the home and are looking to liquidate it.  There's your motivated seller.

What did that person call themselves? Job title?

If I remember correctly they called themselves "Estate Salespersons" or "Estate Sale Auctionor"
