Hi.

I'm going to a "lending fair" tommarow.... Open bar and free office supplies. Grin

If you have any specific financing questions post up.  Be as clear and concise as possible.  I will take some of the post to the fair tommarow and look for lenders that will do the deal.

This is the time of year when I network with new lenders and a chance for you to get an (almost absolute) answer to your tough financing questions.

Anyone else going to be there?
