Has anyone ever used these guys?  If so, how accurate/useable are their reports?  I know that a lot of this info can be found through public records, but it seems like ordering a report from them could be a timesaver.  I am particularly interested in their comp and appraisals reports.  Any input would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Branboles,

I'm not familar with that site. I'm not sure how good the information will be for Texas since Texas is a non-disclosure state.

I personally think you'd be better off developing a relationship with a realtor and letting them pull comps for you in exchange for listings, lunches, and referrals.
