I am looking to do my first deal within the upcoming weeks and would like to build a substantial buyers list. The only problem is before I finish my first deal my savings is SMALL.  So i need a method to build a buyers list that is extremely effective and cost efficient. I would like to be able to be like "ok i have a home, im gonna send an email out to the 20 buyers that are ALWAYS in the market for a rehab as long as the #'s workout".

Any ideas/suggestions that can help>?
