Buyer's Agents And Wholesaling?

 Do any of you guys use a buyer's agent to find wholesale deals? If so, what kind of arrangement do you come to? Do you tell them that you intend to wholesale the properties they find you? Thanks Guys!

Most of the wholesale stuff I get is self generated.  By the time an agent gets involved the property is usually fully priced.  However, with the boom in foreclosures having a buyers agent can get you leads into that market.  The wholesale end of this business is really slowing down.
I've been doing a lot of handyman specials directly to home buyers (end users)  That works but it's all how much you buy them for.

its a holding cash flow game now,.,,,,u may want to take less profits on those rehabs?

p.s i contacted a few realtors and some are my eyes now,,,,,there are some good deals...but good deals are relative to each person...my good deal is not your good deal...what are your goals are the answers for each investor

p.p.s are lot of those handyman specials will be dropping with the abundance of properties everywhere...i see it in chicago and outlying areas...the time now is to get your network (team) in place,,,,
