Forms for deeding house

Hello.  My question is what kind of forms are needed for somebody to deed their house over to you?  I am looking at a deal where somebody wants to deed me their house just to get out.  I am going to get them caught up on payments and then sell for more than what they owe on the mortgage.  Any help would be appreciated.

All you need is a deed. Make sure the title is clear of other debts etc before recording the deed. A title company is the best source for this. You can get a deed at the office supply store or online. Make sure you get a notary for the sellers signatures.
