I bought 4 more houses back in December.  I got a check yesterday from the bank for a little over $3,000.  Theses houses all had over funded escrows (about $700 per house) and they sent the money to me.  That is a real racket.  I have never had an escrow that was underfunded.  They are always overfunded.  The banks are getting our money.  My problem is that this pesky money keeps clogging up my bank account.  Now I have to find something to do with this rouge $3,000.

LOL...this post is funny.  You're getting money back from whatever source it is, and this is a problem?  HAHA.  Now that is a problem we investors want to have!  Congratulations I think are in order.  I don't know that I would necessarily consider this a 'problem'.  LOL.
