When I first saw the ad, I was once again, optimistically cautious but the price was reasonable and the extra $50 was worth it to me to be able return the material if I wasn't satisfied with it. The CD I received looked like a child's toy, since I have never seen this new type of CD (its SO little). But, it fit into my drive and loaded just like a large CD. (Good use of funds on Barry's behalf I might add).
Anyhow, I've had the information now for a few weeks (along with attending workshops from other gurus) and I must tell you that Barry's information has been the most helpful. It is PACKED FULL of grass roots information to get a "newbie" up and running. He has given me answers to my questions and directions for getting started. Most of the workshops I've attended are just skimming the subject in an attempt to get more of my money. I can't spend more money until I've made some money and Barry's information is, by far, the tool I need to do that. The books I also received along with the course information (by Lance Young) are also absolutely wonderful. Once again, answers to my questions!! So, before this email exceeds AOL's limit for me to send, I guess I'd better close.
Thanks for contacting me and thanks for giving me a product that works. If I had to recommend it, I'd say it is well worth the money for anyone contemplating ordering it. And, no, I haven't been paid by anyone to write this email. Like most people, I'm floundering to find my niche. I'm a realtor looking to work with investors and this information has helped me immensely. |

The RE Jobber course is the best thing that has happened to me in a long time! I was searching for the perfect vehicle to start learning about real estate investing from the ground floor, and THIS IS IT! It's very reasonably priced, and IT IS THOROUGH! Not only does it contain easy to understand step-by-step instructions on what to do (not to mention the voluminous reference materials, forms and websites you shared), it contains inspirational and motivational segments as well!
I'm not one to sit at the computer reading for hours, so I printed each volume on 3-hole punch paper, put them in binders, and read them on the bus while commuting each morning and evening to and from my day J-O-B. Before long, I had given notice and I was on my way to building my real estate business! If you want to spend very little money to see if you're cut out for this, it's a GREAT place to start! Just a few minutes ago I have made up a spreadsheet of Investors that I want to call. I am in the middle of reading Volume 5. It is a great book. Very informative and great resource leading to the next step as an investor. Volume 3 is also a great book. It's a perfect book for beginners like myself. I for sure have not come across any other books like this that really coaches all about getting leads and walking way up to the next level.

I signed up for your ebooks 3 weeks ago and they are great!
I have been through volumes 1, 2, 3, and 5 so far. I can't believe all the detail in volume 2 in regards to finding the leads, organizing them, and cashing in. I especially liked all the sample letters and spreadsheets for organization. Overall, it alls comes down to finding a good deal and this one tells you how. Wow! I have printed a paper copy of volume 2 and will read again. |

| Volume 5 is as fabulous as the other 4 volumes. Very easy to read, wonderful resources which is what I think makes your course a goldmine, not to mention the step by step instructions. Your courses are complete systems that I don't have to spend more money to get all other pertinent information needed. |

I ordered your course in January or February of this year, and I've had some great success in starting up my Birddogging business. I connected with a small, but rapidly growing investment group in the DC metro area that was looking to work with a birddog on a long-term basis. Besides doing the normal courthouse thing (there are no online records for any surrounding counties), I am also becoming a integral part of the appraising and negotiating aspects of the business.

| I have seen so many books on real estate training that I was about ready to throw up when I discovered yours. I was at first skeptical but thought I would give it a try. I've read Book 1 (skimmed) and moved on to Book 2. It has been a blessing to me that here I am beginning to get some real meat (training) in this industry. I am doing real estate investing on a full time basis. I have begun with some tapes on buying tax liens and tax deeds. (I live in a tax deed state, PA). My brother and I purchased some tax liens in Arizona in February. Your approach to this field is exceptional. I am reading and studying what I received and appreciate your efforts.
