| This book is well organized, practical and full of useful references. Of particular interest to me were the quick "rule of thumb" calculations used to determine site yield, cost, and value. Also helpful was the due diligence checklist... it's easy to forget a step in this process and it's critical to have a checklist for reference. This is not a pie in the sky, motivational book but rather, a no-nonsense guide to the business. It's a must have for any serious land investor. |

| I enjoyed this book on CD. The information was helpful, organized and easy to follow. I would love to see the author write another, more in depth follow up with actual case studies and examples of developments gone bad. Great book. |
