| I have been a real estate investor since 1995, a real estate teacher/lecturer/mentor since 2000, and was President of the local real estate club for just over five years. Gerhard taught this old dog so many new tricks that I can now confidently use technology at almost zero cost and put everything on auto-pilot--even though I am about as dumb as a sack of rocks when it comes to technology. He explains everything step-by-step via video training. All you have to do is watch the videos. I can't believe how easy his system is. He shows you from A to Z everything exactly as he does it himself. I expect this to be my best year yet in real estate, because I will be using Gerhard's ideas in this Course to multiply my efforts exponentially. I wish I had this information ten years ago. I have been doing everything the hard way! Marketing is the difference between the major players and the dreamers in real estate. With Gerhard Cronje, marketing that blasts your competition out of the water doesn't have to cost you a fortune. All you need is the specialized knowledge he teaches in this Course. | I have just finished going through your Automated Profits Investing System course, and would like to congratulate you on putting together one tremendous program. I was particularly pleased with the way you have set up the program to run off its own website, utilizing cutting-edge marketing techniques to capitalize on the old "Bird Dog" concept. Frankly, I was expecting a rehash of all the old low-tech techniques investors have been using for years to get Bird Dogs to bring in deals ... but was I surprised! In your series of videos on "getting down the technical aspects", you take a novice marketer through all the steps needed to put together a professional interactive website. You show how to get the website set up, complete with autoresponder, flash file videos and everything, just like all the gurus have! Taking the student through the process of establishing an Elance account, complete with the instructions one needs to provide, is a tremendous leg up. You even have tips on how to economize at each step of the process, saving hundreds of dollars on setup costs. I go through a lot of marketing and real estate investment courses, but I haven't seen anyone showing how to put this stuff together like you have. You have really put a cutting-edge marketing tool into the hands of the ordinary person who has no technical background (like me). I'm getting excited just thinking about rolling out my own state-of-the-art Bird Dog program! | |
